Growing up between two cultures taught me to notice what others often overlook — the subtle in-between spaces, the gestures that carry more than words, the sounds that hold memory and belonging. That sensitivity has become the foundation of everything I make came to sound arts in 2021, and it quickly became my primary way of experiencing and interpreting the world. My practice moves between live performance, composition, and field recording — drawing from nature, cultural memory, and the textures of everyday life to create work that is dark, atmospheric, and immersive. I am particularly drawn to spatial sound and the way a multi-channel setup can transform a room into something felt as much as heard. Recent projects have taken me from a research residency in Thailand to collaborative performances exploring diaspora, gesture, and cultural belonging.
But my work doesn't stop at my own practice. I'm deeply committed to creating structural space for FLINTA* people in music and sound — through production workshops, one-on-one coaching, and safer-space events. To date I've worked with over 100 people. I'm also an active board member of CB-Lab at Rote Fabrik, a community-built studio space for electronic and electro-acoustic artists in Zurich.
For me, sound
is not just a medium — it's a way of holding space for stories that resist words.
